I opened my mail recently and found I was selected to be the 2024 “Customer of the Year” for the Blair Woman’s Catalog. It is an official award proclamation and really quite impressive. My name and address was clearly stated on a document ready to frame. This special award also came with a “free $50.00 value women’s dress watch” reserved in my name. It was “an elegant timepiece with shimmering crystals around a classic white face.”
Nowhere on the award itself did it say I had to buy anything.
