2020 has not been a year of perfect vision. Everything is blurred. For those millions working from home, furloughed from their jobs, jobless or retirees, one day begins to look like another.

If workers and others are using Zoom in place of on-site meetings, they may emerge from those meetings convinced, as I often have, that they had left their home to attend these meetings, even though the furniture at the meeting looked uncannily like their own.
