Thank you, Wesley A. Smith, for your commentary, “Love Will Keep Us Together …” (6/1). Yes, the world is frightening and difficult. And we grieve as we see that which is evil and destructive. However, it is crucial to remember what Pastor Smith said: “Let us affirm that in Jesus Christ, we are not powerless.”
