Memories are made of the five senses: sight, sound, touch, taste and even the smells of the past. But for me, preeminent among these senses is sound. When I think of my lifetime of memories of the Jersey Shore, especially the many wonderful days spent on Long Beach Island, it is the sound of music that brings it all back to me. The inimitable songs ofmy youth form a rich soundtrack for those great times.
