We have an unfolding dead duck situation taking place on LBI. Such ugly happenings present as a serious whodunit, in this case a whatdunit.
The USDA, which apparently handles duck die-offs, is already on the case. The department has been sent frozen ducks for lab work. Nonetheless, it is vital to do some hometown forensics in hopes of stopping anything that might remain a threat as the federal investigative work takes place.
