Sunday was a gorgeous day on Barnegat Bay. But licensed charterboat captain Jeff Dangelmajer of Barnegat didn’t like what he was seeing.
In calm water near the east convergence zone of Double and Oyster creeks, Dangelmajer and his wife were in one of dozens of vessels either anchored up or drifting the waters just inside Barnegat Inlet.
