Kubel’s Officially Recognized as a Stop on Anthony Bourdain Food Trail

The Anthony Bourdain Food Trail was launched June 13 with an official gathering at Kubel's in Barnegat Light, one of the two restaurants in Ocean County featured by the late television personality on his CNN “Parts Unknown” show.

On hand to mark the occasion were Jeffrey Vasser, executive director of the N.J. Division of Travel and Tourism, Assemblywoman DiAnne Gove and the Egan family, Kubel’s owners: Ken, his wife, Mary, and daughter Michelle,

The other county restaurant on the trail is Lucille’s Country Cooking in Warren Grove.
