Alliance for a Living Ocean Meet-and-Greet Dec. 6

Beach Haven — Alliance for a Living Ocean offers interactive activities and fundraising events throughout the year, all tailored to education and stewardship of the local ecosystem and its inhabitants. Members of the community are invited to learn more about the nonprofit at a meet-and-greet from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6.

The free event will be held at South End Surf ’N Paddle in Beach Haven,.

Current members will discuss recent achievements and goals for 2020, and there will be a screening of “The Smog of the Sea,” musician Jack Johnson’s 30-minute film about plastic pollution in the world’s oceans.
